I will never forget that spark of life that brought me here. It was so timely yet so unexpected. I set sail to where I am today. There have been many storms but in the end, it all made sense.
Let me backtrack, 6 years ago I went to see and listen to Wayne Dyer, in the hopes of finding some inspiration and drive. Since that day, my life changed and I became more open, sociable and perhaps braver. Why? I don’t know. I just know that it’s true that people along the way can change the course of your life without even meaning to.
I’m grateful to have set sail and although I’m still trying to reach some destination, I’m happy to simply be navigating life and feeling alive and often joyful and optimistic.
As my niece said once: “keep swimming to mommy,” and I’m doing just that in a way, I keep sailing to survive in the pursuit of whatever adventure comes next and some wonderful shore to set my anchor.
A project called life
Nice writing. Happy to have found it since I’ve just started my own journey and reading pieces like this one is always a good source of inspiration for me. I like your page, too. Not only the design and content but also the fact that it’s bilungual.
