How to make tomorrow better

It’s past midnight and the calm has taken over. This is a good time for reflection, to plan the day ahead and make sure you try your best to make tomorrow better:

  1. Wake up and think about something positive.
  2. Meditate for five minutes.
  3. Check your to-do list and get going. Don’t allow yourself to be sidetracked.
  4. Do something nice for yourself.
  5. Be kind.
  6. Take a break and just breathe.
  7. Don’t rush and try to stay on task.
  8. Be present and don’t let your mind wander into negative territory.
  9. Before bed, think of all the positive things in your day and postpone worry.
  10. Repeat all above.
