Although there are no pauses in life but a continuation, as the year comes to an end, for some, it’s a relief, a turn of a page, in the hopes of a better year.

My year was crazy and it seemed to fly by, at times wishing it slowed down, but I cannot complain. Life has treated me well this year with a fair balance of sadness and happiness, of hope and helplessness, and I thank everyone who was responsible for keeping me moving forward and believing that hope is probably the only thing that helps us persist in our journey.

Hope…. The complicated motor that sometimes breaks down, yet is always fixable in some way…
