As the title of the book “Stumbling on Happiness,” I have too stumbled on happiness throughout my life.
When this happens we find ourselves walking on air and we are amazed at how great it feels, hoping it will last forever. It doesn’t.
Happiness is fleeting, but it does come, it sits lurking, waiting and inadvertently jumps at you when you least expect it. We can’t retain it, but we can keep those happy moments stored and take them out once in a while, smile and be glad we can relive that happiness once again.
We stumble, we fall, we hurt, but often those stumbles are happy ones well worth treasuring.
