The best is yet to come.

Light at the end of the tunnel by Horia Varlan

Is it? That is what they say. Words of encouragement spoken to us when we feel the unbearable weight of the world on our shoulders. Yet, it is true. If we are patient and hopeful, it will come.

Once we are able to move beyond what is weighing us down, which might feel forever, we can look back and say, “I made it and yes, I am at a better place now.” But we can only do this by letting go, looking ahead and comparing where we are at now.

Being hopeful, and believing we will get over the hump, with a positive attitude we can see the lighter side of life and the good we have.

We all arrive at dark places at some time. It’s part of life and so is the light that comes after it.

“Life is bristling with thorns, and I know no other remedy than to cultivate one’s garden.”
― Voltaire
